Which programs are used to create the movies?
Newtek's Lightwave 3d is used to create all the graphics.
Lightwave is used on shows like Star Trek Voyager and DS9, Babylon 5
and the X-Files. Adobe Premiere is then used to edit the movie and add
sound.

I can't play the movies or can't hear any sound. Help!
If you can't play the
movies complete the following steps:
Windows 98:
1. In settings click
Controlpanel.
2. Click Add new Hardware.
3. Click Next twice.
4. Then check 'No, the device isn't in the list, and press Next
5. Click 'No. I want to select the hardware from a list.' and press
Next.
6. Select 'Sound, video and game controllers.' and press Next.
7. In the Manufacturers box click Intel. Then in Models box click
Indeo(TM) R3.2.
8. Then click Next and Finish.
Windows 95:
1.In Control Panel,
double-click Add New Hardware.
2.Click Next, click No, and then click Next.
3.In the Hardware Types box, click Sound, Video, And Game Controllers.
4.Click on Intel in the manufacturers box and 'Indeo (TM) R3.2' in the
Models box, and then click Next.
5.Click the Finish button.
If you can't
hear the sound complete the following steps(Windows 95):
1.In Control Panel,
double-click Add New Hardware.
2.Click Next, click No, and then click Next.
3.In the Hardware Types box, click Sound, Video, And Game Controllers.
4.Click on Microsoft in the manufacturers box and 'ADPCM Audio Codec'
in the Models box, and then clickNext.
5.Click the Finish button.

I have problems downloading the movies!
Go to www.getright.com and
download their software. Getright ensures that a download is completed
without problems. You can even pause a download, and resume it the
next day!

How long does it take to create a movie?
Depends on how complex the scenes in the movie are, so
anything from a few weeks to a few months.
